Double-Bubble Technology
Double-bubble is a special technology used to make high shrinkage barrier bags for Meat and Cheese packaging. We provide complete know how for this technology including the sources for machinery. We can also help in developing the entire machinery as well as the process to make high barrier shrink bags using EVOH or PVdC on a 5,7,9 or 11 layer co-extrusion lines. We also help in the technology to cross link the PVdC bags for Meat packaging.
PVC Cling Film Technology
We provide consultancy services for the PVC cling film manufacturing. This is quite an interesting technology because of it's wide range of recipes. The selection of proper resin, plasticizer, DOA, Stabilizers etc is as important as the mixing procedure itself.
